It’s time for us to make a difference in the world.  It’s time to to step beyond our “spiritual” lives and into something that embodies our highest values.  But … the old ways of doing things just aren’t working anymore.

what is emergent coaching?

 

I use the Human Design System, a remarkable tool for re-designing your life.  It gives specific information about how YOU are designed to make decisions – it’s time to give up on taking on even more generic advice.   It’s what’s unique about you that is seeking to shine just now, and when you work with me you’ll find that luminous quality in your life.

Coaching has a different focus to Human Design readings and sessions.   When you are in an Emergent Coaching Session,  we are identifying and redefining your goals and processes.   These days you can only achieve meaningful success by doing things in your personally unique way.  Like yin and yang, doing and being have become inseparable.

These sessions are practical, they are profound and they’re going to change how you create your life.

We begin by clearly establishing what you want to take away from our time together.  Then we’ll explore  your unique motivations, desires and intentions.  I’ll share specific and practical strategies you can use to let go of sabotage and struggle, to formulate  fresh new directions and solutions.

We’ll use situations you are experiencing right now, so that you can experiment with and really ground your new perspectives.

Emergent business doesn’t look like the old version of business.  It is organic, passionate and synchronistic.

Your business must be unique to you – not just in what you offer, but in the WAY that you offer.  Your business processes are as unique and special as you are.  Human Design holds specific keys to the processes that will lead you to success.

The old world of  large global corporations with impersonal profit motives is changing.  You are part of that shift, into a more personal, more connected way of doing business.   We know from recent science that life is all about co-creative relationships.  Your inner connections, and how they create successful business relationships, is as important to manifesting your emergent business as any other business tool.

Emergent Business has more humanity, which means it’s kinder to you, to your business associates and to the planet.  There is a natural fractal that you can ride, when you know how.

• subtle layer charts such as the Spiritual Mode of Expression, and
• minor planets like Vesta, which represents your creative passion, your inner flame.

I also use Clean Language, a profound coaching tool to release the true personal meaning hidden in your own language and thinking.
