At the moment it feels a bit like I should be writing lists rather than posts. Everything is connecting to everything else, which is exactly as it should be for an approach to a Gemini Full Moon. Gemini loves networking!

Today the Sun conjuncts Mercury retrograde, both of which align with the Galactic Centre, and Kassandra and Magdalena, and that lot are all square Makemake, Uranus and Jupiter and sextile Neptune and Chiron ….. gasp .. you see what I mean??

Let’s allow ourselves to drop a little deeper than the bright shiny Gemini butterfly might prefer, because today offers us the chance to weave another integrating thread in the cloth of duality.  Today is a gateway to another layer of multidimensional reality, a shift in our perception of time and space.

I talked about the idea of receiving in my previous post. Tuning into the concept of receiving just now is not the same old ideas getting a re-run, not a spiritual amorphism, a bland practice. It’s not about giving and receiving being the same thing. They are and they’re not, because giving and receiving are polarities still seeking integration within us.  Today we can receive a profound intuitive healing to remove some of our old emotional armour.

It requires that we actively receive what’s incoming, we actively choose this subtle intuitive energy as a source of nourishment. And we choose it over other more familiar and more dense mental energies, allowing it to impact on our emotional selves.

It’s no coincidence that Kassandra is sitting at the centre of this line up. She was an oracle who was cursed by Apollo after refusing to ‘give over’. From that time on her divinations were not believed. According to Robert Graves, Apollo took over the temple at Delphi and the oracles were thereafter only allowed to speak with his voice and only allowed to express what he approved of.  This conflict between our inner oracular selves is still playing out, a power struggle for recognition as the one voice of knowing.

It’s no coincidence that Ceres (she who shows what nourishment we need to be complete within ourselves) is in Gate 61 in the Crown Chakra.  This inner gate brings us inspired new ways of thinking that balance and integrate the two outer channels – the abstract and the logical, the splenic and the emotional, the structure and the flow.  Ceres is integrating inner selves who we have previously projected out into the world in order to hear (and struggle with) other viewpoints.

What is new and still in potential is stronger than what is old and well established.  You separate from companions and become free to find your own way.  You leave behind what has kept you moving in a predetermined direction, realising you are not required to carry on in that way.  Even though you may feel some nostalgia, there is nothing wrong.

The voice that is whispering to us now is telling us truths that have been denied us for a very long time. There’s almost a sense of madness as the whispers meander through our emotional and mental barriers to find the purity of our hearts. It is such a subtle and light process of uncovering that it would be easy to tread right over the top of it. Take some time to be quiet and listen in deeply today. There are lightning bolts coming that will open you up to the very depths of your being.  Instead of the demons we have been told to expect,  we find magic, joy and understanding.
