The Courage to Co-Create

With all these activations to the Root Centre we could be forgiven for feeling a bit pressured, slightly down in the mouth.  The Root Centre is a place where we bring things to physical manifestation.  But in order to do that in a creative and powerful way, we need to feel physically and emotionally safe.  And in order to feel safe we need to have loving connections with others, and with life generally.

Here is our dilemma!  There is such a pressure to create, to grow, to make good.  And such a dearth of places in our life where we feel truly and deeply safe.

The channels that run between the Root and the Spleen (to the left of the chart) are about the process of feeling physically safe.  The channels that run between the Root and the Solar Plexus (to the right of the chart) are about the process of feeling emotionally safe.

The channels that connect to the Sacral (straight above the Root) are about creation.  They are, in a real sense, birth channels.

What does this tell you about your place within the complex web of human evolution?  What have you chosen to take responsibility for shifting in this lifetime?  My Sun is in 52, which is a birth channel, but I need to activate my Earth in 58 (physical safety) before I can do the creative birthing thing.  And Pluto is sitting on that gate right now letting me know all the places where I do not feel physically safe to express myself joyfully.

It’s not just Pluto (in 58.2) that’s transiting in the Root Centre right now, but also Mars (54.5), the Sun (38.2) and Earth (39.2) and Ceres (60.4).

Activations by any planet to those two difficult Root Centre gates – 38 (Sun) and 39 (Earth) – give us an opportunity to see where we have imprisoned ourselves out of fear in our Root Centre (which rules the adrenal function, fight or flight).  It reveals where we feel that we are opposed, obstructed, feel that we can’t move forward.

But what if we stop our adrenal based pattern of quick reaction?   What if we choose instead to remain still, to hold our conscious awareness, and trust that we will eventually have the courage to discover that this difference of opinion, this obstruction, this opposition, is not a threat at all.

What if we allow ourselves the time to discover that life is creating a series of opportunities to blend our creative energy with others?  What if our feelings of fear could give rise to a new courage?  What if the things we fear to lose turn out to be of less value than what we stand to gain?

These are important questions this week.
